• User must provide correct IMO ID and details.

• Do not share OTP, password, or sensitive information with anyone.
• We are not responsible for any loss due to user negligence.

3. 💳 Payments & Transactions

• All payments must be made through valid methods (UPI, Net Banking).
• After payment, UTR / Transaction ID submission is required.
• Recharge processing time may vary depending on server conditions.

4. ❌ Refund Policy

• Once recharge is successful, no refund will be provided.
• In case of technical failure, refund will be processed within 24–48 hours.
• Wrong details submitted by user will not be eligible for refund.

5. ⚠️ Limitation of Liability

• We are not responsible for delays caused by server issues or third-party services.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted service at all times.
